Monday meal prep time ?
Like I’ve said before being prepared is key to success, it has to taste good and being simple makes it even better. If we are not prepared it is too dang easy to make poor choices. Here is a simple no cook recipe for a protein snack. It could be an easy grab and go for the morning with coffee if you are not one to have a full breakfast, or it could be a midday snack. Quick note, it must be kept refrigerated or it gets too gooey. Or just eat it quickly 🙂
I didn’t have vanilla protein so I used chocolate, it worked. You could also sub almond butter if you prefer. I will probably try almond butter next time myself. And yes one of these will be going down in the am with my coffee ☕. Try it and let me know what you think.
