So I just finished another round of meal prep for the week. I keep getting questions about how to do it. How did I come up with what to make. So tonight I’m gonna share a couple of tips.
For example, last week I was craving Mexican food so I made ground turkey and seasoned it up spicy like tacos with bell pepper onion garlic and cumin and cayenne pepper, it was yummy. Also I made vegetables that would go with it like squash and a bell pepper variety to fill the fajita Jones. Then I put a pork roast in the Instapot which gave us a pulled pork type deal that we were able to throw in the mix. This week I mixed it up and went with an Asian flavor; seasoned up some pork loin with a little sesame oil soy sauce ginger garlic and a delish 5 spice. Omg to die for! Another add to the menu was some broccoli, mushrooms, bell pepper, onion and seasoned it with the same 5 spice. Then made another batch of those vegatables with just some ginger and garlic just so it’s not the same and I don’t get bored.
