This week of exercising begins on Monday with Dubz, Assault Bike and Jerks wrapped up in a nice 15 minute AMRAP surely those Shoulders and Quads pumped. Then on Tuesday we can look forward some Wallballs, Pullups, Rowing and Running. This workout has a few extra rep schemes in between the 21-15-9. Wednesday’s workout come in three parts working with the Bike, Deadlifts and Burpees. Thursday starts out with some Back Squats for strength then some “Hokey Pokey” (Kettle Bell Swings, Ab Mat Situps and Air Squats). Friday’s WOD “Tigers Blood” is fast-paced, simple couplet workout of Clean & Jerks with running. Finally on Saturday we will be forming teams of 3 to complete “Boats and Toes”. This is a two part two couplet of Rowing for Calories / Burpee Box Jumps and Toes To Bar / Power Snatches working to a heavyish load. This looks like another fun week of fitness.
