First Group Wod for the CossFit Open 18.1 is going down today. Since we have only 3 rowers, we are going to have 3 person heats every 30 minutes starting at 8:30 am. If you need to be done early, please let us know.
So this is a super aerobic work out right? So lets fuel properly guys. If you will be in the earlier heats, eat earlier get a low fat low fiber, protein with a carb for breakfast, adding maybe up to 50 more grams of carbs than your usual if you feel like you have been running a bit short. Try to keep that meal approximately 2 hours out from your heat, if its a bit more that should be ok for today’s workout. If you plan on doing this one fasted I would suggest at least some BCAA’s to keep ya goin’ through those 20 minutes. Don’t forget to get your recovery carbs afterwards.
