Wednesday’s Metcon was a mix of Gymnastics, Weightlifting and Monostructural (running) movements that made it challenging to maintain a consistent pace to maintain.
Thursday’s Training Intent:
– Metcon: Today’s workout is meant to be done at a consistent pace and give everyone the ability to work on their Dubz as well as rowing technique. There is a time-cap, though this workout is not for time. Most will finish under the 30:00 time cap. Split work into manageable sets so you stay away from failure with the sit-ups.

300 Walking Lunges (BW)
200 Abmat Sit-ups
100 Calories on the Rower
