What a workout we did on Tuesday! It seemed more challenging to split the work evenly into two and not break the work into mini sets. Definitely forced you to work longer and go for unbroken Dubz 🙂
Wednesday’s Training Intent:
– Strength: Similar strength work as last week except the loads should be slightly heavier for the jerk. Even minutes we will practice small sets of T2B in preparation for the workout.
– Metcon: Repeat benchmark workout. Loading for snatches must be light to allow for consistent work pace. The intent is manage grip-fatigue with higher-skill movements and stay consistent for all sets. Scores will range from 4-7 rounds.
*Spend 7-10:00 warming up to work-weight.
