So how about a little Reflection? How is your meal prep Going? How are you feeling during your work outs? Are you sleeping Well? Do you have a specific goals and are your decisions getting you closer to that goal?
I want to remind you to celebrate your daily wins, make sure you are trying new things. Try a new veggie, try a new way of making something you have already tried. Sometimes new recipes work and sometimes they don’t. I tried two new recipes this weekend and one did NOT work at all and the other I tried was a gluten-free bread. That wasn’t bad but not what I was looking for. It may be good for toast with coffee, just not too good for sandwiches, which is what I was looking for, so I’ll try another recipe later. Just remember to enjoy the journey of health and wellness and take steps each day to be just a little better than yesterday. And remember that every minute, every meal, every day you have a chance to make that choice. You got this!
