Team up and complete unbroken Farmer Carries. Then the Metcon piece should be a sprint for each set, but not all out effort. Snatches are intended to be light and should be done unbroken and muscle-snatch style.

3 sets of Farmer Carry (70, 53)
*The goal is to walk 65 meters and pass it to the next team member

15 Power Snatch (75, 55)
