For Saturday there will only be the Open Gym/Group WOD time at 11:30 am to 1:30 pm. We will not have Foundations and LifeStretch.
The strength work today we will be spend 20 minutes on working up to a heavy 3 rep touch and go Power Clean. Then transition into a 3 person team WOD variation of a long time favorite workout called the “Chief”. Everyone will have 1:2 work to rest; everyone should be able to move through each set relatively quickly. Power Cleans should be light and be able to be done unbroken for most of the workout.

Rest 90s between sets.

9 Air Squats
*One athlete completes a full round at a time
