Meal prep monday quick tips!
One way to be consistent with meal prep is keeping portions easy. This a trick I use pretty regularly, especially when my creativity is low.
Take your lean ground meat, (turkey or 90% lean beef) and weigh out servings. I usually do 3 oz portions for us. My serving is 3 oz and Jeremy`s is 6 so it works out easy. I spray a cupcake pan with cooking spray and throw them in the oven @ 375 for about 40 or 45 minutes until done. I also found this seasoning mix that I am currently obsessed with and it is delish on just about everything.
