Well another year has passed and Christmas is here! Man that was quick! We have had another great year here at Desert Devil CrossFit. How our CrossFIt Fam sure has grown. We have added people, a baby, some pups and some kids. From last year till now we have added some, lost some, and found some lost ones 🙂 We have some super recent additions so if you have not introduced yourself yet please make them feel welcome as I know you will.
We have watched you all get stronger and faster and grow as athletes. We have watched you push to improve and challenge yourselves and each other. Encourage each other to compete at short notice and taking on that challenge with poise and confidence pushing that envelope and earning those PR’s. Watching the progressions in your movements and confidence in doing them is just amazing.
We have watched the growth of our coaches. This is super cool to see. We have had amazing compliments from out of town travelers. Some were other gym owners who had nothing but great things to say about you all. Thank you, Ya’ll make us proud parents. Keep up the good work.
We of course have more fun planned for the year coming up! Some challenges in the works so keep a look out.
We survived our first year and have almost made it to the second with many more to come. Thank you all so much for your continued loyalty, support and love.
Again we will continue to do our best to grow as coaches to provide the best information, to provide the best atmosphere and motivation we can for all of you, our family and the ones who are part of our family and don’t know it yet 🙂
I stole this from someone on facebook and I don’t know who so I can’t give proper cred but it goes like this “The people we surround ourselves with either raise or lower our standards. They either helps us become the best version of ourselves or encourage us to become lesser versions of ourselves. We become like our friends. No man becomes great on his own. No woman becomes great on her own. The people around them help to make them great. We all need people in our lives that raise our standards, remind us of our essential purpose and challenge us to be the best version of ourselves”
CHEERS TO HEALTH AND HAPPINESS AND OUR BEST SELVES YET!
